Enquiry forms

When you send a form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone and organisation, selected services and message). We use them only to reply to you, on the lawful basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The message is sent by email through our hosting provider; the website does not store it in a database.

To limit abuse, the server keeps a short-lived pseudonymous counter derived from your IP address for up to fifteen minutes. It does not contain your message.

Retention

Enquiry details are retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, provide any resulting service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores one item in your browser’s local storage, recording your cookie-banner choice so the banner does not reappear. We use no analytics, advertising, social media pixels, external fonts or embedded maps. Optional cookies are not used, so rejecting them changes nothing about how the site works.

Under UK GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use. Email us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
